A little about my experiences and abilities…

I have been in the catering business for many years. I started, as most people have in this business, by serving customers with food and beverages, but always having had a penchant for cooking and baking, I made my way into the “back-office” by cooking a few simple meals from time to time. Not satisfied with this, I went to culinary school to enhance my abilities, and passed with flying colors…I have recently worked as a chef for a senior’s residence, which has given me endless experience. I enrolled in baking school to acquire an all-encompassing ability to provide a wide array of products to my clients. Now, I want to show off my abilities by spreading the word to many more clients.
